1. Are there only families in Neekluum?

Although we are focused on a family environment, there are not only families, no matter the age of the people or if they are married or single.

2. Do I have to have my Mexican residence?

We recommend that you have it so that in case of a border closure you have the right to pass and arrive with us, an immigration lawyer can help you with this, however, if you want a membership, it is not required to have one. 3. Is there any kind of "democratic" voting?

We have a non-profit civil association where there are founders, administrators and members of the club. The latter can attend the annual meetings and have a written voice that is taken into account by the administrative area. We are not a commune or community to avoid fights or disputes since we have found that it is a common denominator of destruction, so we have very simple regulations.

4. Can I have pets?

We love animals and you can have them but on a leash in recreational areas since there are children and in the GYM area for dogs they can be left free.

5. How can I pay my membership?

By transfer to the Neekluum Kids account or material donation or crypto.

6. Do I have to visit Neekluum before choosing my membership?

Your visit is very important to get to know us and see the stage we are in since as families we are growing we do not have any type of credit or government loan, so organically we are

Of course we can show our documents in the presence of our law firm and answer or clarify any questions.

8. Will some kind of creed or religion be imposed on me?

Absolutely NOT. We respect the religious ideas of others, it is one of our most precious human rights. This is why we are a regenerative neighborhood.

9. Can I recover my investment?

The contracts clearly specify what to do in this circumstance and you can sell your membership at any time. Neekluum only has to verify the qualifications of the new family according to the regulations.

10. Is Neekluum near the beach?

We are located 1:30 min to the nearest beach we are 58 km far from the beach to have better opportunities of permaculture soil we are 15th min driving from the turistic cenotes area.
